Lower Level Small Conference Room 6:00 P.M.
First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 6:04 P.M. with Selectman Millix and Selectman Blessington present.
A. Executive Session - Pending claim and strategy discussion – MIRMA
Selectman Blessington moved to go into Executive Session and invited Superintendent David Harding and Board of Finance Chairman Ken Schoppmann to join.
Selectman Millix seconded the motion.
Vote 3 Yes (Mailhos, Millix & Blessington) 0 No.
Discussion was held.
A telephone call was made to Mark Makuch, Chairman of the Board of Education for information.
Selectman Millix moved to go out of executive session at 8:20 P.M.
Selectman Blessington seconded the motion.
Vote 3 Yes (Mailhos, Millix & Blessington) 0 No.
Selectman Blessington motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 P.M.
Selectman Millix seconded the motion.
Vote 3 Yes. (Mailhos, Millix & Blessington) 0 No.
